• Authors may request a refund of the first installment within seven (7) days of making the payment.
• Refund requests made after seven (7) days will not be considered.

Refund Process

• To initiate a refund, please email us at viastudypress@gmail.com within the specified seven-day period.
• Include your order details and a clear reason for the refund request.
• Our team will review your request and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable time frame.

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• If project work has already commenced.
• If any part of the publishing services (such as editing, formatting, cover design, or related deliverables) has been provided before the refund request.
• If the refund request is made after the seven-day eligibility period.
