ViASTUDY Digital Press provides a professional platform for authors to self-publish and distribute their works, ensuring quality production, marketing support, and distribution opportunities.

3. User Obligations

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent/guardian to use our services.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities conducted under your account.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

Ownership: You retain full ownership of your content (manuscript, images, designs, and related materials).
License to Use: By using our services, you grant ViASTUDY Digital Press a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content strictly for the purpose of providing our publishing services.
Warranties: You confirm that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights and complies with all applicable laws.

5. Payments and Fees

Fees: All services are subject to charges as mentioned on our official website.

Payment Schedule:

  • First Installment: 50% of the total service fee is due at the time of signing the service agreement. This secures your project and covers initial setup costs.
  • Second Installment (Balance 50%): Payable upon your final approval of book editing, formatting, and cover design. Printing will begin only after full payment is cleared.

6. Termination and Cancellation

Termination: ViASTUDY Digital Press reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or engage in activities harmful to our services or other users.
Cancellation: You may cancel your agreement at any time. Refunds, if applicable, will follow our official Refund Policy.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled under the jurisdiction of Deoghar Courts. Both parties agree to arbitration and to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViASTUDY Digital Press shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Any changes will take effect once posted on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.

Printing Policy

  • Page Flexibility: We place no restrictions on manuscript length. Authors may include as many pages as required.
  • Customization: Books are printed according to the specifications finalized during the approval process.

Quality Assurance & Reprinting Policy

  • Commitment to Quality: We ensure that the final printed product meets the highest standards.
  • Review & Feedback: If you are dissatisfied with the quality, notify us immediately for review.
  • Reprinting Assurance: If printing errors or quality issues are found, we will reprint your book at no additional cost.
  • Resolution Process: Send concerns to viastudypress@gmail.com with details. Our team will address the issue and ensure the reprinted copies meet your expectations.

Publication Process

  • Package Selection: Choose a suitable publishing package.
  • Agreement & MOU: Authors must sign a Service Agreement and acknowledge the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
  • First Installment: Pay the initial 50% installment.
  • Onboarding & Submission: We onboard you and request necessary documents.
  • Document Submission: Submit all required materials.
  • Project Initiation: Work begins upon receipt of documents.
  • Project Manager: A dedicated manager will coordinate communication and project progress.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

ViASTUDY Digital Press guarantees the confidentiality of all author data and project materials. We will not disclose or share information with third parties without prior written consent, in full compliance with our Privacy Policy.

Author Approval Policy

No book will be sent to print without the author’s explicit approval of:

  • Final manuscript
  • Cover design
  • Formatting

This ensures that the final product matches the author’s expectations.
