Dr. Pooja Singh

Dr. Pooja Singh is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at the School of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. She is presently serving in key administrative roles as Assistant Dean (Research) and Assistant Director, School of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences at the same university. With over 11 years of academic experience, Dr. Singh has undertaken diverse responsibilities in both teaching and administration. Her teaching expertise includes Managerial Economics, Economic Analysis and Policy, Microeconomics, Farm Business Management, Principles of Management, Human Resources Management and Organizational Behaviour. She has published extensively in reputed national and international journals, including SCOPUS and ABDC-indexed publications. Her research primarily focuses on Applied Economics and Human Resource Management.

With teaching experience and active involvement in research, she has published several papers in reputed journals focusing on consumer behavior, marketing, and socio-economic studies. Dr. Sneh P. Daniel, Anushka

Dr. (Mrs.) Sneh P. Daniel is an Associate Professor at the Department of Business Studies, Joseph School of Business Studies & Commerce, SHUATS, with over 20 years of teaching experience. She has guided 80+ undergraduate, 35 postgraduate, and several Ph.D. scholars.

Her research focuses on human resource management, MSME challenges, work-life balance, job stress, and social welfare schemes. She is the author of two books and has published widely in national and international journals, conference proceedings, and edited volumes. Dr. Daniel has also delivered expert talks and training sessions on leadership, team building, personality development, stress management, and effective communication across various institutions.

Anushka is an emerging academician and researcher with specialization in Human Resource Management. Currently a Junior Research Fellow at the Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agriculture, Technology & Sciences, she is pursuing her PhD in Commerce and has consistently demonstrated academic excellence throughout her career. A graduate and postgraduate from the University of Allahabad, she has also served as an Assistant Professor and presented research papers at leading international conferences.With a passion for teaching, research, and creative pursuits like sketching and craft, she brings both rigor and relatability to her writing.
